- Contribute to global carbon neutrality aligned with the latest climate science (exclusion of solutions tied to fossil fuels).
- Have a positive climate impact, by avoiding emissions or removing carbon from the atmosphere.
- Do not cause significant harm to other sustainable goals without any clear mitigation measures.
- Be carried out by a contributing entity which has measured its carbon footprint.
